Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping time: This refers to the time takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. This item is shipped directly from our suppliers and will take around 3-10 days to reach customers within the United States, 7-12 days to Europe, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and 20-25 days to the rest of world.
Our primary goal is to ensure all your orders get fulfilled as quickly as possible. Once an order has been placed, we will typically ship your order within 1 business day but can not guarantee, especially during the busier times of the year. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
